Kings Circle: Party Card Game ยท Effective October 23, 2026
Kings Circle: Party Card Game ("the app") is made by Cuong Ho ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is collected when you use the app and how it is used.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your name, email, location or any account. Your game progress and settings (sound on/off) are stored only on your device.
Advertising
The app is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
- Device identifiers โ the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) only if you allow tracking in the iOS prompt, otherwise a non-personal identifier;
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- Device information (model, OS version, language) and app usage information such as ad impressions and clicks;
- Crash and performance diagnostics related to ads.
If you allow tracking, ads may be personalized. If you decline, you will see non-personalized ads. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings โ Privacy & Security โ Tracking. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message, and can change their choice later.

Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, delete or object to the processing of your data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, the simplest way to exercise these rights is to decline tracking in iOS and reset your advertising identifier; you can also contact us and we will assist with requests to Google.
Data retention and security
We do not operate servers that store your data. Data processed by Google is handled under Google's own policies.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
